Excellent staff. I have a suggestion though. Can your clinic please post rules about patients turning on their cell phones and games at loud volumes in the waiting room? Same for children's video games. It is very distressing to listen to all that noise when you're sick and waiting to be seen. The kids should have earbuds and adults should know better.

Horrible service! Wait time was over an hour with an appointment. The front staff were the only ones welcoming really. Once we were seen the nurse practitioner was extremely rude. Didn’t even greet us just said what he was there for. Was checking my son’s eyes and told him to focus on the light. My boy looked away only for a second and in an aggressive tone says “ I said focus!” Then when he was to check my kids knees reflexes he asked him to scoot. My kid leaned back and he stares at him and again in his tone says “ you are leaning back, I said scoot!” I get it he’s probably had a long day, but that is in no way our(the patients) fault. He chose the job/hours. No wonder it was only $20. Never again!

Had to do a TB test for my son (nonverbal , on the spectrum) and was worried, as usual, about how he was gonna struggle with being poked by a needle. I was able to communicate my concerns to the nurse that attended me, and she was so patient in letting me ease him into the process and needing to hold him to keep him calm. She was quick to call for assistance from another nurse who came by and was able to keep my son from struggling too much. They even had him count to 10 as they finished the procedure. At the end of the visit , my son wasn’t crying or overwhelmed at all. It was a huge relief seeing how helpful, patient, and accommodating the staff was.

Came here a few minutes ago. It was an hour wait for the lab I needed to do. Miriam is efficient in her job and so is the staff that pricked my arm ever so gently. Clinic is packed already when I entered at 9:15 AM. So if you don’t want to wait for quite a bit, be here before their opening time at 9 AM. Seating is well-spaced and good for 12 persons. Receiving area is clean and so are the restroom, office and lab room (at least the one where I did the test). When I returned to get the lab result, it was quick. Thank you, Vital Med, for your efficient, fast service to me.

If I could rate 0 I would, I have never had a bad experience with VitalMed til now, The front desk staff misinformed over the phone about prices for the sports physicals from $20 dollars they went to $35 on top of that they made us wait a whole hour to get seen. The doctor or nurse practitioner (bald one)that did the sports physical on my son was giving me dirty looks and he made me feel very uncomfortable asking me what was my son’s diagnosis? when he’s healthy I don’t see why I have to explain why my son is in special ed classes so my response was “I don’t know” and he kept looking at me in very odd way, I wanted to just get up and run. Why do they keep changing the nurses what happen to the other doctor? The other doctor is always very kind and respectful and straightforward and knows how to ask questions. Please bring the other doctor back in dont replace him because you’ll loose all of your patients. Thank you
